Diamond-Based Cutting

All jobs are performed using wall-cutting hydraulic and electrical power tools of various capacity. Depending on the job given, they are mounted on the target using ties or suction pads.

The operator guides them by remote control. The drive is controlled automatically, with delivery adjusted to suit the material being worked. The operator sets parameters and direction of the cutting edge advancement. In so doing, he takes into account the weight of debris to be taken out. Normally, such fragments are removed using small-scale mechanization (windlasses, pulley blocks, trolleys, hoists, lifts) and their weight does not exceed 400 kg.

Whenever heavy-duty construction equipment is available, e.g., cranes, the fragment weight does not exceed its hoisting load.

Our equipment makes it possible to cut the material 730 mm deep with one-side access and 1460 mm with two-side access.

Presence of reinforcement metal in the material does not affect the performance in any significant way.

• cutting of new openings in panels and flooring;
• beam cutting;
• foundation cutting;
• front face cutting;
• cutting of cast-in-situ structures;
• building demolition;
• cutting out of recesses (safes, furniture, etc.);
• mitre cutting;
• cutting level with floor, ceiling, wall at any height;
• joint cutting.
